Colourful Chia Pudding|

Summer is here means weekends are spent at home. So, here is what I came up with for a good family time. Chop chop all your favourite fruits, sandwich chia mix in between, chill the cup, scoop it out and enjoy. You hate or love summer, this colourful vanilla chia pudding will be a definite treat :) Do try it out.

#FoodforSoul - Quickly sharing what flashed before my eyes this morning -

She’s up before dawn, preparing breakfast for her family and organizing her day.

She looks over a field and buys it,  then, with money she’s put aside, plants a garden.

First thing in the morning, she dresses for work,

rolls up her sleeves, eager to get started.

She’s like a trading ship that sails to faraway places and brings back exotic surprises.

Now you know, why it took 6 days for God to create woman :) 


15 gms Chia seeds 

coconut milk or milk


vanilla essence few drops


Fruits finely chopped of your choice

I chose figs, mangoes and strawberries


Step 1 Mix vanilla essence, chia seeds, coconut milk, honey and refridgerate for an hour.

Step 2 Grab a colourful glass and layer the chopped fruits tossed in little sugar sandwiched with the chia mix. Done :) Refridgerate it before serving..
