Vazhaipoo Kola |

Vazhaipoo Kola, Step by step recipe with pictures - Vazhaipoo kola is a chettinad special dish, which made me drool seeing the preparation only. Vazhaipoo kola was made by Shree, one of the other 2 hosts for our show. We all know that vazhaipoo or banana blossoms are one of the healthiest foods. And we search for ways to include it in diet. This dish is a very very healthy option for adults and kids. A recipe with very less ingredients and more work to your hand muscles. The dish is cooked for a long time, and it tastes delish with rice plus a dollop of ghee. Almost a slow roasted usili kind of dish, Lets check the recipe.

#FoodforSoul - Its almost ten days since I came to native. After a busy shoot and work schedule, lying in the laps of mom with no cares about what is to be done next, what to make for dinner, what clothes to fold, what shelf to clean!! I am spending my days in complete rest and I started realizing that I could perform much better. Be it exploring food photography or making a new dish or talking to a good friend or writing a blog post ;) I could see my full dedication in everything. That made me realize, how much more I can perform if I learn to rest completely on God i.e Rest evvvverything on HIM like my desires, worries, anxieties. What if I just keep everything on His back and divert all efforts of my mind, heart to what I do. How much more I can harvest in every minute of time that I spend with all energy, joy and peace!! Bible says us "Be afraid of one thing, Not resting in Me", "Come to Me who are weary and burden, I will give you rest". What more explanation or command is needed :)
